These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Sacred Roll mobile application on iOS and Android. By downloading, installing, or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

This document is a product draft for store listing. It is not legal advice. Have it reviewed before publication if required in your jurisdiction.

1. The Service

Sacred Roll is a casual roll-the-ball / path-building puzzle game featuring multiple play modes (including classic-style puzzles, star challenges, and timed chase-style play). Features may change over time through updates.

2. Eligibility

You must be able to enter a binding agreement under the laws of your place of residence. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the app only with permission of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms.

3. License to Use

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Sacred Roll on devices you own or control, solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment, in accordance with these Terms and the rules of the Apple App Store or Google Play (as applicable).

4. Accounts

The current version does not require a user account. Progress is stored locally on your device. You are responsible for keeping your device secure. Loss, reset, or deletion of the app may result in loss of local progress.

5. Virtual Items and In-App Purchases

The app includes virtual currency (displayed as Coins) used to unlock features such as hints and boosters. Optional consumable coin packs may be purchased in the shop.

6. Advertising

The app may display third-party advertisements, including banner ads and rewarded video ads, mediated by TopOn / AnyThink and partner networks such as Google AdMob. Ad content is provided by those third parties under their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party ads, websites, or offers; your interactions with advertisers are between you and those parties.

On first launch you may be asked to acknowledge an ads & privacy notice. On iOS, tracking (if requested) follows your App Tracking Transparency choice and system settings.

7. Analytics and Attribution

After you accept the in-app ads & privacy notice, the app may use third-party analytics and attribution services, including AppsFlyer (attribution / marketing analytics) and EASPRO (Fineboost / 玄通数据) (product analytics such as launch, level, shop, ads, and purchase events). Those providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies. Details are described in the Sacred Roll Privacy Policy.

8. Updates and Availability

We may provide updates that modify features, balance, content, or these Terms. The app may be unavailable due to maintenance, network issues, or platform requirements. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

9. Intellectual Property

The app, including its artwork, audio, text, code, trademarks, and branding (including “Sacred Roll” / “圣珠归坛”), is owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of any IP to you.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS OR BE FREE OF BUGS OR INTERRUPTIONS.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers; in those cases, the disclaimer applies to the fullest extent allowed.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE AND OUR AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, AND LICENSORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF DATA, PROGRESS, VIRTUAL ITEMS, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR THE APP WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE APP OR IN-APP ITEMS IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (B) USD $10.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (for example, certain consumer rights).

12. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend and indemnify us against claims, damages, and expenses arising from your misuse of the app or violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the app. Sections that by nature should survive (including IP, disclaimers, limitations, and indemnity) will survive termination.

14. Third-Party Platforms

Your use of the app through Apple or Google is also subject to their terms. Those platforms are not parties to these Terms and are not responsible for the app, except as required by their store agreements. Third-party SDKs used in the app (ads, purchases, analytics, attribution) are likewise subject to those providers’ terms.

15. Privacy

Our handling of information—including ads, purchases, analytics, and attribution—is described in the Sacred Roll Privacy Policy. By using the app, you also acknowledge that Policy.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the app.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws of the jurisdiction where the Company is established, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection laws in your place of residence.
